Located in a quiet side street, parking is possible as the street, as it is mainly used by residents.
One enters the house via a large double wing, wooden door with glazed windows and as is usual in Spain, the living area is entered directly from this doorway. A bright side room that has a fountain filled with groundwater, could be used as an extension of the living space or as a dining room.
There is an open wood burner fireplace that ensures coziness during the cooler seasons.
A thoroughfare, between the living room and the kitchen, could be used as a dining room and would offer an exit to the approximately 100 m2 patio.
The kitchen was modernized with new devices, however, has retained it´s typical Mallorcan style and has access into the yard.
A staircase leads to the gallery, which has a small library and work area, as well as a reading and television corner.
On the upper floor has the main bedroom with dressing room and an En Suite – also in the Mallorcan style, offering a spacious shower and a bathtub, as well as a large washbasin.
An approx. 100 m2 of Mediterranean courtyard, connects the main building with the guest house. A large lemon tree provides shade and ensures fresh fragrance and fruit all year round.

Ideal for a small family or a couple who are happy to have family and friends to visit and enjoy the outdoor life. The courtyard is at the centre of the house it is not visible to the neighbours.
