Terraced house – in a quiet residential area of Cala Murada

This smart terraced house is located on the outskirts of Cala Murada.
Behind the small Dvelopment, which was built in 2001 is the nature reserve, which can no longer be built on.
Although the sea is about 2 kilometres away, one can see it from the roof terrace. At the moment there is no open view of the sea and the side of the house was used for an additional storage room. Other houses in the neighbourhood have raised the roof terrace with pedestals and in the evening enjoy the view to the Portocolom lighthouse.

The house itself is accessed through a gate and private driveway.
A small path leads past the house to the back entrance. Small flower beds have been laid out here and a vine grows behind the house.

The main entrance at the front leads via a terrace that has been glazed, offers additional space in the form of a conservatory. This has expanded the living area and to really enjoy the terrace, even in the winter months.

The entrance leads directly into the living/dining area, which merges into an open plan kitchen. A counter visually separates the kitchen area from the living room.

Another highlight is the large wood stove, which on the one hand heats the entire lower floor and can also be used for cooking, as it has two hotplates as well as an oven and grill.

The town of Cala Murada has grown over the years and owes this to his popularity with many foreign residents. A small, quiet beach nestled between the town and a rugged rocky coast offering the opportunity to spend relaxing days at the beach even in the summer season.
Due to many residents living all year round in Cala Murada, some bars, restaurants and supermarkets are open all year round.
Other supply options can be found in the nearby towns of Portocolom, Felanitx, Manacor and Porto Cristo.

From Cala Murada you can walk to the bays of Cales de Mallorca.
Cala Domingos Gran and Petit as well as Cala Antena can be reached with a coastal walk.

The area surrounding the town is characterised by extensive pine forests and meadows with fig, carob and almond trees.

A particularly attractive destination is the former small fishing village of Portocolom, which is equally popular with locals and tourists with its promenade on the island’s largest natural harbour and many restaurants and cafés. A hiking trail from Cala Murada via the wild Cala S’Algar takes one to the old fishing port of Portocolom between the old town and the Sa Punta peninsula.

Thanks to the new expressway that connects Llucmajor to Campos, you can reach the airport in just 45 minutes
