Ever dreamed of having your own vineyard? Yes, Your dream could now come true.
This cultivated land comprises a total of 21,496 m2 and is located below the dreamy village of Santa Margalida. The panoramic view of the Tramuntana mountains and the vastness of the landscape enchants, from the moment you experience it.
The property currently comprises 3 plots, which could be combined into one larger plot, providing the possibility to erect another building.
Be it a bodega or a detached house with an area of 220 m2. (An architect has already requested this information from the town hall.)
The vineyard has 5000 vines (three different grape varieties) and is currently managed by a service provider. After 3 years of cultivation, it will be harvested for the first time, this year. So you can harvest your own wine this autumn.
The management of the land has already been paid until November and one could continue with this service provider or on your own after that.
A private well provides the possibility of irrigating the fields.
Santa Margalida is a small town in the northeast and is located inland in the central Pla de Mallorca region of Mallorca.
With just over 3,500 inhabitants, the town has everything required for daily living, essential services and small businesses. The larger supermarkets can be found in nearby Can Picafort, which can be reached in about 15 minutes by car.
The traditional open-air market of Santa Margalida takes place every Tuesday and Saturday between 9am and 1pm in Plaza de la Vila. The stalls sell fresh fruit and vegetables, with typical products such as “sobrassada” and aged cheeses, fresh flowers, clothes and shoes. There are also small boutiques with furniture and household goods. Supermarkets and bakeries are open all week.
